Our kids telephone was taken along side her wallet with a crook on 11/29/09. Our cell support is thru verizon. Verizonis insurance company is ASURION. After fax all of the necessary data to asurion combined with the authorities statement, they refused the claim. I named and also the individual believed to contact verizon ang obtain a sequential number for that telephone stolen. I named verizon, obtained the sequential number and named asurion. The individual at asurion subsequently explained I'd to send the sequential number I simply offered her within the phone. I subsequently approached verizon plus they approached their very own insurance company asurion and may not support me any. This insurance is a scamm, don't have it.
