Submitted a Camera to get a Easy fix, actually named them to confirm the component was in and also the repair could be performed in a way. Talked towards the Operator who advised me that my fix could be sent to a different area although not to fear for he'd confirmed the component required was in and also the fix could be finished and delivered in about 1 week. It was by February 3rd. Nothing yet. No reaction to numerous telephone calls, communications. Etc. I'll NEVER suggest or deliver other things for them.
