8/3 thru 9/20/12: attempted often to discover standing of my fix via telephone calls or mail, without any reaction from DTS.

9/20/12: delivered a professional notice to DTS seeking position of camera.

9/26/12: investigated (belatedly) consumer opinions & sites associated with DTS support problems.

9/26/12: approached & documented a towards the Better Business Office [www.minnesota. BBB.org]

9/26/12: approached AMEX to record a problematic cost

9/27/12: approached nearby Burnsville police division [952.895.4600]. Official was really conscious of DTS & stated he'd deliver somebody out to research my problem.

9/27/12: received verification from AMEX & BBB regarding my statements.

9/28/12: received 3 e-mail from DTS: 2 re. Purchase continues to be delivered via USPS Priority & an order reimbursement.

10/1/12: received non-repaired camera from DTS. THE BOX I DELIVERED NOT REALLY OPENED.

Epilogue:

Discovered an area Nyc repair center.introduced them the camera on 10/1, it had been fixed completely on 10/4 for $25.00 significantly less than DTSis cost.
