Returned Defective Item, Company doesn't return money in full

Received Scanner from company, received defective, not working out of the box. Company refused to give all my money back. They lied and claimed it was working so they are entitled to a $75.00 restocking fee. Payment was made through Amazon and I'm working with Amazon to close them down. Stay away from this company. They are not ethical and do not work with customers to try to resolve issues.
