PayPal order and Your Online System

Please update your transaction for the air conditioner I purchased online with Paypal. At an unreasonable time in California on Sunday morning before 9am a Home Depot gal named Kirby (ID 55340) from Lousianna called. She woke me up and then provided terrible customer service and said her boss Craig told her that is what to do. She was telling me to cancel the order and order again. Told her it would most likely be resolved by Tuesday and to call me back then. I had to insist she do so. Please have someone else from your company call me back and tell me this is resolved. I ordered this with Paypal Saturday 4/14/12:
LG Electronics 11,500 BTU 115v Through-the-Wall Air Conditioner with Remote and a couple cans of foam filler. Below is an error contact message your system sent me. Paypal shows this order is pending. Please complete this order and PAypal has been notified to comlete the order. Ifyour IT system failed, get the right person (not Kirby) to update this order status please.
