Account Inaccessible for Over Two Weeks Due to System Error

For over two weeks now I have not been able to access my PayPal account and funds, as any attempt to log in results in a "System Error" message. PayPal admits it is a known error, but they have not been able to resolve the matter. The customer service there is disorganized and horrible, as discussed on PayPalSucks.com.
