An item was defective and they wont work with me, riped me off 55 bucks

I order a pen-cig from this company along with 5 e juices. I like the juices. I charged the pen cig and started puffing away. After one day of use, found out the battery only lasts an hour, then I would have. To charge for 2 hours to use it again. I called the company and they told me this vapor is suppost to last 3 hours. So I wrote an email to them explaining the pen cig did not do what they discribed, and I was sending it back for store credit. So I sent the pen cig back along with a 40 dollar check to pay fora better vaper and to pay for shipping for the new vapor. The denid any problems with the pen cig, and wont give me store credit for it, nor replace the 55 dollars. They offered to send the pen cig back but I would have to send them shipping cash. I am very upset.
