I was told that i was only going to charge for the shipping cost of $4.95 on 12-26-12 for a free sample. Safe smoke 51 continued to charge my account for other smokeless vapor catridges that i never received and also i never authorized any other charges. The other charges was taken out of my account on 01-22-13 for $59.67, and 02-10-13 for $79.62. Today is 02-07-13. I was billed early for an unauthorize charge. I did tried to call the number that was giving to me which was 1-877-820-6099 after the $59.67 was deducted from my account on 01-22-13 i got no response and i made no contact with anyone after numerous attempts. On 02-07-13, i finally went back online to the internet and found their address and another phone number, 888-491-4919. I did make contact then and safe smoke tried to make a deal to send me more catridges and i dont want that. I even offered to return the product. I got the run around. They quickly disconnected the call. I called back, and they continued to place me on hold to see if it is ok to talk to their corporate office. A complete run around. Then they offered to send me credit $80. There werent any disclosures on the website from where i oredered the free sample that i was charged for. Even when you call the number it clearly states that you would only be charged for the shipping and handling cost.
