Tcarebates.com -wheresmyrebate.com refusal to payout rebate for bogus reason

This is for a rebate offer on a garmin etrex ledgend gps.
The amount of the rebate was for $30.00 provided you send in a filled out form and the upc code from the bottom of the box... After doing so I was refused because the upc code was not with the rebate form.in reality it was. I was told to send in the upc code within 30 days to get the rebate, which everyone knows a product usually comes with (1) one upc code on the box. So basically I'm stuck... No upc code and they get to cash in on my $30 after 30 days... What a scam/ripoff company to deal with
