Ripoff $10.00 Rebate Ripoff

On 26 December. I bought a Norcent DVD Player and sent in for a $10.00 rebate. Reference Number DP313/315/321. According to the rules I cut the UPC code from the box, fill out all info on the rebate form, included a receipt and send it in for a rebate. Today, 06 August I received a post card telling me that they need an original bar code cut from the box and that I will not receive a rebate. I checked my receipt and it show that I have the copy of the bar code.

Norcent Technology use this as an excuse to ripp off their customer on the rebate.
