Took my money and never received item

On October 11th I placed a order @ Electronicskins.net. I used a $40.00 Voucher from Savemore.com that was gifted to me and the balance of $10.00 was put on my credit card. After 2 weeks I called because every time I checked on their website my order was stated as Pending, I spoke with a gentleman named Harold and was told it will be shipped shortly. 2 weeks went by again I saw it was still pending so I called again and he promised me I would have it very soon. Once again I check and it was still pending so I called back, this time I spoke with a woman who told me it was out of stock in black. I said to her no problem I will take it in Red, she said its out of stock also, however you will have it before November 23, that's a promise. My purchase was for - I have copied & pasted the invoice I was send ASAP after my order. I kept calling and calling and they don't pick up anymore, it goes to a Unity Message Center where I have left several messages and not 1 was returned. I also got in contact with Savemore.com because the voucher that was gifted to me came from therm, never received a answer. I then went on Savemore.com Facebook Page and stated my problem. They got back to me and said it was just shipped. Once again I was lied to. I went back on Savemore.com Facebook page and commented on all the lies I was told & since Savemore.com was the one promoting Electronicskins.net they should be liable for their actions. So what did Savemore.com do, they blocked me from commenting on their Facebook page. Since then I still have tried to call Savemore.com and Electronicskins.net no one picks up the phone. However both companies are still doing business on the internet. The $40.00 voucher that was gifted to me I paid that person for it and the $10.00 balance I put on my credit card. How can these companies remain on the internet and clearly steal ones money? I am livid! This is 2012 and shouldn't be able to get away with it.
