Electronicskins.net Total Ripoff

I bought a voucher back on October 10 and immediatly placed my order for an IPhone case from Electronicskins.net To date March 1 I have recieved nothing. I can't get either one to respond either by phone or e-mail. I have tried over and over and getting nowhere. What can we do to stop them!!!
