Unfortunately People Really Do Not Know Just How Bad They Really Are

I have been watching the number of complaints on Verizon continue to climb. Unfortunately people really do not understand just how dishonest and corrupt the Bast— really are.

I had my issues with them almost a year ago and my blood pressure still rises every time I hear the name.

They pay off most consumer groups and agencies, and pretend that they are a honest company, LOL.

The woman mentioned in the prior reports is actually a name that they snagged from a old porn flick, no real person of any integrity would actually associate themselves with a company like this and then allow them to use their name as a scape goat.

When they tell you that company policy will not allow them to refund overcharges, trust me that comes right from the "head horse"

The only way to deal with these thieves is to take them to small claims court. I did and the city manager warned me that the only way I would get a "fair shot" was to request a arbitration panel, I guess that they can not get 3 people to accept a bribe in fron of each other.

Long story, quick ending, I requested the panel, got a fair hearing and they ended out paying.
