Shopping online - baby items

I have to shop online because of being disabled. To further complicate matters I live in Pa. And my niece in Ky. I thought it would be rather easy for her baby shower to purchase items from online and have them delivered to Ky. 5 migraines later, and having to double purchase items and ship out yet another box that was shipped to my home because it could not be turned around in mid ship. What a mess, and with someone with a nerve disease was bed ridden for days over it. The kicker is the company when ordering has a spot on the order form where you have to physically change the address if not coming to you. The only thing i can think of is that it is a glitch in the system as when i was doing the double purchase to get the items there on time, the operator had to change the address 3 times before it stuck with the Ky. Address as it kept going back to the Pa. One. I can't physically do this again...
