I went to the IMPACT COMMUNICATIONS STORE, to buy AT & T prepaid card. Because it is AT & Ts agent. The salesperson told me that AT & T require buy their prepaid card must buy the phone. I have bought. Then I went to the AT & T to ask is not the case. AT & T, not the rule. I request a return. The IMPACT COMMUNICATIONS STORE salespersons attitude is very bad. Not only to subside and also called the police I driven out of store. We are new immigrants. From China. Not speak English. Can not find local complaints. We are low-income families.
