On more than one occasion I have bought a new 1 month card. Then had to wait 2-hrs - 2days before my phone would work..

They always say wait 5 minutes for the new card to work (they a computer). There is no one to actually talk to, one night I was stranded in sub zero weather for 3 hours because my phone would not take the recharge..

Shame on you Wal-Mart and Strait-talk aka Verizon
