Trac Phone Sent three replacement phones that they can't get activated and will not reimburse my monies. I have made a total of 17 calls and every time, they give me a different story

I purchased a phone online from Strait Talk Wireless - Walmart. After three months, the phone started giving me problems, i.E., dropping calls, speaker now working and voice mail not working. After about 12 calls to customer service, they finally decided to send me a replacement call. They sent the return envelope to the wrong address and then on the third attempt they finally remembered to add my apartment number to the Fed Ex tag. I was sent two replacement phones, which they could get neither programmed and finally, was told that I would be getting a refund and am still waiting for that to happen. After all this trouble, I asked for compensation and what they gave me was 10 free minutes added to my Trac Phone which I had to purchase because my Strait Talk phone was not working. Needless to say, I am still waiting for my refund. Oh by the way, the replacement phone was not able to be activated for some reason and they gave me three different new phone numbers that did not work either.
