Ripped us off via amazon

On 2/14 I ordered 2 phone cases, 2 bluetooths, 2 headphones, a car charger adapter and 2 screen protectors. On 2/21 I received an email that ups lost the package and3 items were no longer available. This was presidents day. The customer service was rude. I left a bad rating on amazon.com. I then called again to see when new shipment went out I was told last Tuesday, apologized to and asked to take the bad ratng off amazon which is what I did.

I then attempted to track via ups and was advised by ups that was the old tracking number and that there was no new package shipped. Hmmm okay. So I emailed and have not received a response, no answer via phone today not to mention I can't redo the feedback on amazon. I even advised the company I would be placing a complaint with the bbb and here.

I'm quite sure due to the complaints I am now reading that they simply do not care and have called my bluff. HOWEVER, they have messed with the WRONG one. I have contacted an attorney that is licensed in both Nevada and California, I have contacted my local news station as well as their local news station. I will also be emailing a copy of this to amazon, the bb and posting it on my facebook and twitter, so that all of my family and friends across the U.S. Can repost and retweet.

They are either going to have to ship my products to me asap or go to court. What's sad is that if I have to go to court, they'll take a huge loss because I'm suing for all court costs and costs of travel as well since I am in Nevada. I know for sure that I will win as advised by council they are in the wrong. The card I used is no longer valid so I am unable to cancel the order. Shame on you guys, please SHIP ME MY ITEMS or see yourselves on tv and in court over $60.
