Worst purchase ever! - Whirpool fridge

I purchase a Whirpool fridge five years ago. To date it has had seven repairs. The latest round has been for a lack of cooling in the fridge portion resulting in going on six weeks of no fridge. This is with a warranty! The repair company takes two weeks between visits to return with the latest part, and HH Gregg will not consider replacing the fridge even after seven visits! I will never shop there again, and if I dont get a replacement I will be seeking lawyer.
