Fridge fan stopped working

3-year old fridge/fridge stops operating, snow melts onto the floor and damages the wood floor. Lack of food is costly and seven days without something is extremely horrible. Additionally the doorway jam where the heater would be to close the doorway gets hot, not just could it be orange today in-color, but component is bowed out and breaking. Fix guy says that is regular use, and can not be set. Its only three years old and 6,447. Oo later this what I've to cope with. If it appears this poor now what's it likely to seem like 7 years from today. I actually donot believe requesting a fridge/fridge to last ten years would be to significantly. Unhappy with this purchase
