Scam - Don't expect a refund, if they cancel your order

I placed ann order on 22/10 and it was cancelled on 15/11, as they could not supply. They promised the refund would take UP TO 30 working days. I am still waiting for a refund, 12 working weeks later, that is 1 week short of a quarter of a year!!! Do not use this site, unless you enjoy stress and feeling bad! They owe me over 200. They dangle the carrot of cheaper prices for using BACS transfer but that means you do not have the protection you would have with a credit card purchase. These people should not be allowed to trade, pure and simple.
