Orange buick orlando
Warranty rip off

Cars & Transport

This is a long story so i will try to make it short. We bought a used car from orange buick and purchased several warranties dec 23. We went to trade it three days later dec 26 on a new car at another dealer. Went to orange buick two days later to cancel warranties. They needed paper work from new car purchase and we showed them. They had us sign paper to cancel warranties and did not give us a copy. They said it takes around six weeks for refund. We waited no refund. We called warranty people feb 9. They said the has not even sent them papers to cancel. Called dealer they said they lost the paper and they faxed us a new one aprox. Feb 25. They are now saying that is the first time we cancelled and they are using that date and now saying we only cancelled on warranty not all of them. Still no refund of any money april 20. Our deal did not go through on the new car because of the warranty problem nothing else and orange buick is trying to use that against us to. The warranty people have on record of the conversation on feb 9 but will only release that under court order. We have now filed a complaint with the consumer complaint agency and soon to file a suit with civiltree.com. Want people to know how this business treats people.
