Tax refund

The irs deposited my refund on 4/25. Sbtpg (tpg) said today 5/02 they will be sending my refund back to irs and i would have to file an amended return to receive my refund. I feel that this company is giving taxpayer's the run around. If they have had my refund since 04/25 and still has not returned it to the irs then this means they have been collecting interest for exactly 1 week and the rep would not tell me when they were going to send it back to the irs. I have filed a formal claim with the irs as of 05/02 stating i still have not received my refund.
