I bought a cell phone and also the insurance on my telephone, in California. I subsequently shifted to Illinois and soon after my phone began performing up and so I got it back again to Radio Shack and per their plan these were likely to deliver it back again to the guarantee division after which deliver me something special card (via mail) to buy a brand new telephone. I did so all of the leg-work and produced the state. All I had a need to do was return it towards the shop (off Bell Street in Shock) plus they might overnight it for me personally. I slipped it off-Sunday night and was informed it'll venture out Mon and that I might have my gift-card Friday night, Wednesday in the newest. Wednesday comes around but still no card and so I called the shop. It has been the TOUGHEST experience actually and that I will certainly not conduct business with Radio Shack again. They completely decreased the basketball and provided no answer irrespective of getting the bundle to some FedEx fall off, that was NEARBY for their shop after I agreed to fall and do all of the groundwork for them. Actually at that I'll not get my gift-card till it is generally too late. At this time, I'd instead the cash back in the place of something special card since I don't desire to invest another cent at any Radio Shack Shop.
