Very unacceptable

After I first bought my telephone from the nearby Run store a couple of months back, the saleperson explained that after I acquired my refund, I'd obtain a card. Nevertheless, after I got this card, used to donot understand (since he'd not described this in my experience) the card was for opening your consideration while spending money towards your telephone bill at Radio Shack. I had been embarrassed by this along with a bit irritated that the Radio Shack worker understood this when clearly possibly the salesman in the Run shop did not understand this or was conning me. I eventually did get my refund check, but I think it is absurd that I had beennot told in the beginning the card I was likely to get had no cash onto it whatsoever.
