I bought Slyis MP3 Video Player from Cook's Technology on January 09. Our program couldn't discover any motorists and that I performed a comprehensive research including SlyElectronics.com. No individuals were shown everywhere. I subsequently sent support@slyelectronics seeking aid. Also called them five times. No body answered the telephone. I simply got a phone from Sly assistance fifteen minutes before - 8 times after calling and contacting them.

Although telling them about the telephone that I had been really disappointed they hung-up mid-sentence! Just before composing this consideration I experimented with entry Slyis site which is no further online. (I've since delivered the movie player and bought another manufacturer which is effective.)

Personal View: DoN't purchase ANY Sly Technology item! Their Customer Support completely blows. Their website continues to be eliminated. You will find simply way too many better producers available. Sly items will also be offered at Walmart and Amazon.
