Delivery of inoperative dvd player - dv-492

It is regretfully stated that an inoperative DVD player (DV-492) has been delivered at A-2, Ingola appt. 24 Jail Road, Lahore by “NEW ELECTRONICS IND. (PVT) LIMITED”, against reward points of Citi Bank Credit Card during the month of February.

The above said DVD player is not working and since delivery of the same, I am trying to locate / trace the address of “M/s New Electronics Ind. (Pvt) Limited but all in vain, as the “Stock Transfer Advice”, thru which the above said DVD player was delivered, does not bear any address or telephone number. (Copy of stock transfer advice is attached for your ready reference)

Please note that the DVD player is still pack and I could not use it due to the following defects:

I. The media tray does not close.
Ii. If I try to close the tray by hand than the disc does not load.

It is pertinent to mention that this was the first product of LG, which I bought and my experience is very feeble with regard to the quality of product and service
