I had directv for almost 10 yrs, i had a dvr that was constantly malfunctioning, i complained continously for almost 18 months. They kept telling me to reset, that wasn't working. It got so bad the dvr was unwatchable, it wouldn't hold a picture for more than 3 seconds. They refused to help so i disconnected my equipment and i'm a stockholder in the co.
