They sold a brand new PSP3000 that can't even be registered in the United States and that product was loaded with games on a memory stick. Those games will not open at all. A message comes up when yo Internet

They sold a brand new PSP3000 that can't even be registered in the United States and that product was loaded with games on a memory stick. Those games will not open at all. A message comes up when you try to play them saying " This content cannot be accessed on your account." It was Sony themselves that informed me the PSP3000 couldn't be registered in the United States. It was also informed to me that the games were probably not legal and that is why it is saying they can't be accessed on the PSP3000. Then Fully Loaded Electronics also informed me they do not warrant the memory stick that is loaded with the games. What? That is why you choose to buy the electronics from them because they advertise them to come loaded. I never read in anything from them that they don't warrant that part. They have taken my money and refuse to replace the unit with a new one.
