LACK of Service

I've been about the telephone today and handed around 4 occasions to a different company representative. I have requested to talk to the supervisor plus they handed me to somebody who ansered the telephone by stating he's managing allocations! On-hold all over again while I create this criticism - I'll NOT purchase another Sears item again due to their insufficient support. Terrible.
