I ordered a tablet from this company a month ago. I have not recived it, and everytime i try to contact the company for info they dont respond. I asked for a refund on the item and still they ignore

I ordered a tablet from this company over a month ago, and still have not recived it. I email them, call them and no response. I have requested a refund for the order and still no response. I still have the charge on my credit card. The only phone number for this comany is forwarded. When you send an email, the response you get is computer generated, and the response has nothing to do with why im contacting them.
