They Stolen My Phone! They Never Paid Me For My Phone!

About 4 weeks ago, I contacted (Wireless Redemption) because I was under the impression that if i turned in my used phone, I would received payment for my phone within 10 business days...
It's been over 4 weeks and now they are claiming they have no record of me period.
If that's the case, they would have never sent me a self stamped / metered envelope to send the phone in...
So since they sent me a Metered Envelope, this simply means they have to have me in the system...
I'm interested in filing a law suit under contingency agreement...
They've been around for 8 years the website says...
Please someone help me get these guy for fraud!!!
