Scam Artist disguising himself as a Wireless Redemption company for cell phones

A month ago I sent my cell phone in after I heard an ad on a internet radio station saying you can send your phone in for cash. Well, I called to get the kit for it and when I got the kit I sent my cell phone off and they said my check should be here within 10 business days after receiving your phone. So when the 10 days were up I email their customer service and he told me that they didin't get my phone and I emailed him back telling him to check under my full name which I gave him, and I never got a respond nor a call back when I called. Oh yea, did I mention that the company is run by one man, and he is also the one who wrote me when I sent my complaint in. So I know now that I got scamed out of my cell phone which was a gift from my mother when I graduated high school. All I want is to either have my cell phone back or the cell phone price of the phone which it was an hundred dollar phone. The man should be stop for good and stop being dishonest with people. * dishonest is not the best policy *
