In November, I submitted rebate requests for purchases of two sets of communicators. The rebate forms indicated it may take 10-12 weeks to process, and if I didn't receive checks within 14 weeks, call the 800 number. I began calling about 15 weeks after submission, and spoke with a "Barbara" who said they had received my completed forms & that checks would issue. Barbara assured me after the third or fourth call, in response to my suggestion, that they were not running a scam. My calls to the 800 number yesterday and today were not answered.
Looks like I got scammed.
