Columbia Telecommunications FRS ripoff Columbia Telecommunications doesn't pay rebates

I purchased two 14 channel hand held radios from Fry's Electronics in Fountain Valley, Ca 92708. Fry's advertises you can purchase these radios for $25.00 and get a $25.00 rebate. The only things is, Columbia Telecommunications in Farmingdale, NY never send you the rebate. I submitted my rebate on 04/14/03. I have emailed them three times and have sent them two letters, but never heard a response back from them.
