Michael S. Dell BAIT AND SWITCH on televisions

I had purchased (Samsung Series 6 60-inch UN60D6400UFXZA) on dell.com and received the order confirmation email upon sending the payment. Then next day when i went to track the order they had changed my invoice on their system to Dell - Samsung PN43D490 43" 720p Plasma upon realizing that i called the customer service and they informed that since they ran out of the original purchase model they are sending me the 43" as replacement. Yet you can still go on dell.com and purchase the 60" model. I believe they advertised and then came to realize that it is costing them a lot so they have changed the order to lower model to all consumers who have purchased the product. And it seems as that if is impossible to get in touch with a SUPERVISOR OR MANAGER.
