David Williamson Local ISP "High Speed" Unlimited Internet scam!

Winchester Wireless is a local ISP came Highly recommended by many in the area. We are just a few minutes outside of town away from any comcast so our options looked like a 5gb cap cellular solution or satellite which isnt consistent enough. Met the guy said he offered unlimited high speed internet at"Up to 10Mbps Download / 3.5Mbps Upload" for 59.99 a month.

He has been in business for nearly 20 years as a computer repair shop and just in recent years began selling internet service. He charged 49.99 to survey the site up front, another 300 for the equipment as it is a line of sight wireless motorola setup. And then its 59.99 a month from then on. If you choose to sell back the equipment when you cancel your service they will buy it back for 100 if it still works, not a good or bad thing just a thought to include to be fair.

Been using it for now almost a year, have only complained a couple of times however its been a constant struggle to maintain internet at all many of times it goes down on a friday and theres nothing you can do until monday.
