We are very disappointed

I would like to registar a complaint against Tristar. Whenever we bought our $1800 machine we were in love with support and quality of the solution. The reality couldn't be more apart. I've fought to obtain alternative bags and today the videos that contain the line on shattered also it have now been nearly per month before I've get a component plan. I'd WOn't ever suggest the product to my friends. It clear great nevertheless when it fails you cannot get components and also you better have the ability to do the fix yourself. We're really dissatisfied within this organization and its own customer support particularly when spent the quantity of cash we did on the machine!!
