2008 bought Kenmore Machine in Deptford, NJ Bought n / extra insurance for work/components 2009 Service-Man to my house did anything towards the Timer—2010 Timer was changed - March 3rd Timer was changed Our criticism is the fact that SEARS won't assure the cost of the timer with this machine when my guarantee works out in December. Sears customer support has explained there are several grievances and examined to determine if this product has been remembered. It'snot. Our uncle and that I purchased exactly the same machine the same time frame. Nowadays, March 29th she'd to displace the machine to get a Pace King since the machine was shattered. I'll not get another price to get a machine that'll just last three years under my safety contract. I'd like Sears to ensure longer-length of support without price in my experience. There's no body in SEARS customer support that's useful regardless of who I keep in touch with they replicate the conditions of my guarantee three years which is end. Please recommend if SEARS may assure this machine or when they selected another machine that'll last only a little longer than 21/2 years. This washer can be used once per week Around 4 masses each Sunday If that's a lot of for this washer please recommend exactly what does Sears expect from the Machine.
