I bought tw0 riccor cleaners, One for myself and another like a Holiday present to get a friend. Not have I bought an item that may not be fixed. It's never worked for greater than a couple of minutes. Since I a, I've to hold back for anyone to go for restoration. Within the mean-time I return to my 8-year old Oreck. The final moment I had been informed it had been preventing ause my rug was also heavy thus again in the wardrobe. Nowadays my buddy questioned why I actually donot use. She vacuumed my hardwood enemy 5 minute befor it quit. I'm not going another doller into more repairs.
