Riccar Vacuum
Poor customer service, poor quality

I bought a $600 industrial machine for my house use. The gear has come off a lot of occasions I lost count. I've invested over $250 for repairs and tune-UPS. Both individuals I've approached at Riccar inform me they're not able to assist me. This machine is 6 yrs old. A salesman explained it will last between 10 and 15 years. Don't think it. Today the property is damaged and they'll not do the repair. Exactly what a bit of crap.
