Ripoff to consumers

We have had trac phones for over a year and we dont use them much only for emergencies. I was suppose to add minutes in jan. To keep my number the same but i didnt care to much about that but when my husband had minutes added to his phone last week the 50 something minutes he had where lost because he didnt add minutes when it ran out so the 120 minutes that i had are gone also because i didnt renew the number!

We were never notified that we had to do that or we would loose our minutes! My husband called to speak to someone about that and asked them why we were never notified and they stated that they didnt have to and that it has been like that for a year! That is bull - !

I just want everyone to beware or you, too will loose what ever minutes you had if you dont renew when the time is due. Now we know how they make there money we all need to be smarter then them!
