The most CRAPTASTIC junk I have ever been suckerd into buying

I sent back $300 defective DVR card, only to have it returned unopened, as repaired after jumping through hoops for weeks for a RMA, wich I got. Absolutly no product support. I bought a stand alone 8 camara DVR system to replace the card I was stuck with and the brand new unit has instructions that do not macth the equipment in factory sealed box. The unit will monitor only, mouse port works 30% of the functions, remote works another 30%, so Im left with 40% of a brand new, no macthing manual system that is useless. Trying any customer support (read nonexistent) is an excercise in adding insult to injury.

This outfit will not support, repair, refund, warrenty anything they sell, and all but come right out and tell you " tough S_t" I also was polite, as I was not in a position to take this financial hit, to no avail. Lesson learned the hard way.
