Took money with out letting me know

I'd business with Verison Wireless for all years. I usually settled my statement ahead of time then when I deceided to obtain more moments for my phone. They required my cash without having informing me that I'd previously prepaid and that I had no agreement quit together soI quit the Verison Wireless company. Now it's been per month plus they owe me over one hundred bucks and also have not delivered me my cash yet. You guess easily were overdue they'd and on more income to my bill. If you folks maintain my cash I really hope you reduce all of your company.
