Ought a hp desktop 10 days ago from walmart, it wont type all the letters all the time, thought it was keyboard, but doessame thing with a new keyboard i bought. Called hp and was told it was a sofrtwareissue and onlyhardwae is gaurenteedso have to pay $ 169.00 for tech spport which still cant figure it out. This is crazy.!!! Will never buya hp again.
