Whirlpool Duet

This is the washer from HELL! It literally chews up towels and sheets! I had a repair man come in the first year with warranty -he said there was a "burr" in the drum and replaced it. No good, almost every towel, sheet and tshirt we own is torn at the edges. Called several times to Whirlpool and absolutely no help. This washer that cost over $1000 is now sitting in the garage, looks like it is brand new, it is!!!
