T - Mobile Cell Phone Company ripoff If you get the cell phone the phone will be free but the service is not

Last year I was looking for a cell phone company with a free phone. One day the phone ring and I had pick up the phone. The person on the line told me that I can get a free phone. I would have to pay for the phone service and the activation fee only.

So I did pay for the service and the activation fee. It was about 120.00

When I got back from my 2 weeks vacation the phone was sitting in the front porch.

I was very happy. The next day I call T-Mobile company and ask them to help me get my cell phone connected. They told me the phone is connected already. I had call back 3 days later and ask them how come my phone is not working. So now I had ask for the supervisor. I had spoken to him. He said he does not no why the phone is not working. Then he ask me my zip code. Then he told me the reason why my cell phone is not working is because of my area.

I ask for a refund. He told me I can. The next day I send the phone back.

1 month later I have never got my money. It has been 1 year still no refund. I call and call they told me they will send the refund. Still I have never got my refund.

They had rip-off
