They delivered a damaged refrigerator so had to reschedule for the next day. When they came the next day they did not ring my buzzer

They sent a broken fridge therefore needed to reschedule for that following day. Once they arrived 24 hours later they didn't ring my buzzer but instead named the superintendent and stated they did not understand where these were designed to provide. They'd my mobile phone number in addition to the administration firm's telephone number but did not bother to contact each one. The largest issue is the fact that they did not simply ring the buzzer.
