Sears agent order the wrong item

I'm delivering this e-mail when it comes to Order # 242122428. The main reason I'd prefer to return this product is basically because this product isn’t them I bought. Per another Sears’s consultant, it's my comprehending that a mistake was produced by the Sears representative (Andrew). I visited Sears to buy a DVD/VHS camera. Andrew advised me the shop no further had them I needed, but he might purchase it for me online. After I obtained the bundle, I had been amazed to locate that the product I obtained didn't complement them I initially desired to buy. To be able to solve this I've created many efforts: I attempted to come back the bundle to Sears department-store. I spoke to many event management reps (Karen Brown, May, Zack, Robin, to mention several). Nevertheless, the problem hasn't been solved or have I a obtained a return slip (postal paid slide) or charge card modification. Per Sears digital shop I had been informed that since this bundle was an on line purchase, I had a need to return it via the on line return address. But how is that this feasible when there is no-return bill within the bundle? Personally I think that since there is no-return delivery inside the bundle and also the insufficient interest I’m getting, I’m being pressure to maintain a purchase I didn’t purchase. Consequently, this will need immediate interest, since personally I think that I shouldn’t have to purchase anything I didn’t purchase. Please clarify why I've not obtained an honest endeavor from the Sears consultant to repair this mistake. Please respond back again to this mail together with your reaction, ASAP.
