Got even with Nextel, you can too!

Like so many other people I find on this site, I was also screwed by Nextel. I won't bore you with the particulars, but I spent numerous hours dealing with nextel in person, online and on the phone. All rational attempts to solve my problem were futile. As a last resort I threatened vigorous legal action if my reasonable demands were not met, which were not. I was forced to file suit in small claims court. The case was heard, and the amount I sued for covered my damages and a little more for my trouble.

Well not only did the clerk rule entirely in my favor, but he also added on a little interest. The small claims process is a very easy process, and if you have reasonable demands you will prevail. Sometimes when you are a little guy versus Corporate America, this is your only option. Further information is available for those in a similar situation!
